COOKIES AND CREAM MOUSSE WITH SALT LIQUORICE

INGREDIENTS

MOUSSE
15 pieces of Oreo cookies, broken into smaller pieces
5 dl whipping cream
2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar
1 dl icing sugar

GARNISH

4-6 Oreo cookies, coarsely crushed

PREPERATION

1. Place Oreo biscuits in a bowl and pour the whipped cream over it.
2. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours.
3. Beat the batter fluffy. Add vanilla and icing sugar. Whisk evenly.
4. Slice the licorice into pieces.
5. In four glass jars or bowls distribute 2/3 of the crushed Oreo cookies.
6. Alternate the mousse and licorice in the glasses.
7. Store in the refrigerator until serving.
8. Lasts up to 3-4 days.
